Hosting, email, backup and log-retention details will be added after the Association confirms the live system configuration.
The Thai Endodontic Association applies organisational and technical measures appropriate to the website’s scope to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure of personal data.
Access control
- Administrator access is assigned according to role and reviewed periodically.
- Access is removed or reduced promptly when a person no longer requires it.
- Strong passwords are used and administrator accounts are not shared.
- Material system changes are recorded and reviewed where practical.
System and data protection
- WordPress, themes and plugins are maintained and updated as appropriate.
- Plugins and external services are limited to what is necessary for the service.
- Cookie settings, email delivery and forms are reviewed before any live data collection begins.
- Backups are used only through approved services with access restricted to authorised persons.
Cookies and external services
In the first phase, the website is intended to use only cookies necessary for basic functions and consent preferences. Analytics, advertising pixels and embedded external media are not enabled until approved and an appropriate consent mechanism is in place.
Incident management
If an incident may affect personal data, the website administrator will promptly notify the Association contact, help contain the risk, preserve technical evidence, contact relevant providers and document actions. The Association, as data controller, assesses impact and decides whether notifications are required by law.
